Lisa Irwin
Lisa Ann Irwin is the President and founder of The LILAC Foundation, a private foundation rooted in creativity, community, and forward-thinking philanthropy. With a background in the arts, nonprofit leadership, and serial entrepreneurship, Lisa brings both heart and hustle to everything she touches.
She’s launched multiple businesses, including the iconic ArtCastle/NOMA Gallery project during the pandemic, and helped grow organizations that now serve thousands across Marion County. Through LILAC, Lisa weaves together arts in health and creative community programs that uplift, connect, and inspire.
As a member of the advisory council (or contributor—your choice!) to The Marion Mosaic, Lisa brings her love of storytelling, personal style, and fresh perspective to the table—often with a red lip and a great pair of shoes. Her approach to life is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and curiosity—not perfection.
When she’s not dreaming up new projects or encouraging others to chase big ideas, you’ll find her behind the pink front doors of her Micanopy farm, surrounded by Paso Fino horses, books, and one very opinionated small dog.
She believes confidence begins with kindness, creativity is healing, and life should be lived in full color.
