WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO HIT “RECORD” ON YOUR CONVERSATIONS INSTEAD OF JUST KEEPING THEM AMONG FRIENDS?

Matt has always had a passion for cars and motorcycles, and Ashley was introduced to the cat scerne by Matt. Matt loves to talk about cars going to car shows, and hearing other people’s stories of how they got into car culture and their builds. So with Ashley learning about cars and Matt’s love of talking with other car enthusiasts, it just made sense to start a podcast and get to talk with people from all across the country—and even some folks from Canada!

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR SHOW TO SOMEONE WHO’S NEVER LISTENED? 

This is an ALL-vehicles-welcome kind of podcast. We have guests who are part of all different aspects of the car world—from painters and photographers to those who work on the upholstery side and the builders themselves. We try to have an array of people come on, so no matter what you like about the car scene (rat rods, classics, lifted trucks, mini trucks, ets.), you can find an episode to listen to. 

IS THERE A PARTICULAR MOMENT OR EPISODE THAT MADE YOU REALIZE YOU WERE ONTO SOMETHING? 

The first time someone reached out to is to be a guest on the podcast. We had seen and followed this guy’s YouTube videos, Facebook, and Instagram oostsm and he reached out to e a part of what we were trying to do. Someone we thought was quite popular was reaching out to us!

IF YOUR SHOW HAD A THEME SONG, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

Hmm… that is a good question, and one I am not sure how to properly answer to give an  idea of what makes this podcast so great. 

WHAT’S NEXT FOR THE PODCAST—ANY PLANS OR DREAMS ON THE HORIZON?

We are going to incorporate more video of the podcast and bring viewers more content on YouTube and TikTok. This will be Matt’s full-time gig—to bring our viewers along for the ride when he visits garages and shops of those who come on to the podcast, as well as videos of building our own daily drivers!
